Do you enjoy staying months on end in a cramped one room VOQ without any of the comforts or ammenities of home? The ATP is the newest arrival to Aviator Palace...this house has been my personal residence in the past so luxury and comfort were priority #1; however, the house is a work in progress when it comes to transforming into a PIT crash Pad. I work for YOU when it comes to ensuring your experience "At the Perch" is TOP SHELF...Non-A or "Contract Lodging Letters" to La Quinta make it happen.
Occupancy: This PIT Pad is limited by HOA to no more than two occupants at a time...three on a case by case basis. Don't heistate to contact me because the timing might be right for you.
Now offering Single Family Accomodations: Occasionally, PIT student may be TDY enroute with family. "At the Perch" is the perfect alternative to very limited and cramped Randolph TLFs. The minimum cost to benefit from this opportunity is $80/day...largley based on what I would bring in w/max occupancy of two single tenants at the on base rate. Understand this may result in an out-of-pocket expense...the amount of that expense is dependent on BAH enroute and the ability to get a Non-A slip or "contract lodging letter" to La Quinta. Again, don't heistate to contact me if this opportunity applies...the timing might just be right!
What it has now:
A secure, high speed, wireless network allows you to surf the internet from anywhere in the house along with a printer, copier, scanner on the network.
Time Warner Cable
The kitchen is stocked with stainless appliances, to include convection oven capes.
The washer/dryer are front load, high efficiency and reside in a separate area upstairs...no lugging laundry up and down the stairs.
Two car garage for storage and plenty of room for your toys.
52" Flat screen HD TV and DVD/Blu-Ray with WiFi Downstairs
40" HD TV Flat Screen in up-stairs gameroom
All bedrooms furnished with brand new rustic pine dressers/night stands
All linens/towels provided
Furiniture pictured above is now located in upstairs gameroom with the 40" flatscreen
Access to community pool (loss of key will result in $150 fee to replace)

Sectional sofa to living room w/Pine entertainment center to house 52" flat screen.
Leather sofa to family for additional seating to entertain.
With Non-A: Bi-Weekly maid service will clean your fully furnished room.
