For those coming to the Little Rock area for the mighty Hercules schoolhouse, The Herk House is a great alternate lodging location for your TDY. From concept to implementation, The Herk House aims to be the best of all worlds: close to base, close to shopping and downtown, filled with amenities, and offering the good ole' southern Christian hospitality you'd expect from Arkansas. Conveniently located in Sherwood, AR, "The House" is only 5 miles from the back gate on Hwy 107: very little traffic, and no long lines. For those that like to get out and see the local area, The House is only 10 minutes from the popular McCain Mall area with a plethora of shopping and restaurants. Add just another 7 minutes and your downtown hanging out at The Saucer, Creegan's Irish Pub, and Ernie Biggs Piano Bar, just to name a few.

All the included amenities are what you'd expect of a classy guest house. Here's a list of the features:

The intent is to make your life as easy as possible for your short time here at The Rock by removing much of the queep and adding a lot of value. Currently stocked items are bath towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing powder. In addition to cleaning the maid will wash your bath towels, wash and replace your sheets, and load and run the dishwasher if needed.
