How to Make a Firm Reservation and Guarantee a Room Minimize

Thinking about reserving a room at the AP?  Here's what to do to go from "interested" to having a room guaranteed.

1.  You use the contact form to get in touch with me, see if the dates are available, and see if your proposed move in works for me (ie isn't going to force me to keep a room empty for two months in order to help you out).  You then register on this site.  I then will give your account access so you can see some extra information on here including the lease, Resident Expectations, and a forum where residents and past residents can post feedback or gripe about conditions (so you can see if the place meets your needs).  You'll also get access to contact info for the guys currently living in the house (phone/email) so you can contact them with specific questions.

2. Then once you're comfortable that you're getting a good deal you can reserve a room by going to PayPal.Com and sending $99 to mail@aviatorpalace.com.  Until you successfully do so your room is not guaranteed.  There is no other way to pay the deposit and it's best if you use your credit card via PayPal because that is how you will be expected to make your monthly rent payments, as well.  The $99 is credited in full to your first month's rent.

3.  If your TDY is changed or cancelled you will get your money fully refunded.

4.  If you decide you want to stay somewhere else for whatever reason you can either stay at my house for $99 worth of days (about 3) and then move out or you can simply forfeit your money.  Think of it as "placeholder insurance" if you're using my house for your "what if" plans.

5.  FAIPs and IFF students require a $300 deposit due to poor experiences with a couple FAIPs in the past.  I think of it as "push it up" insurance in case guys want to "rage" on my house.  You can just write me a check and leave it on the bar and I'll pick it up.  If all goes well I'll just give you the check back and it will never be cashed.
